CATCH UP BOOKKEEPING
For anyone who is behind in their bookkeeping, even if it hasn’t been touched in six months or six years, we’ll get you brought up to date. That means sorting through your receipts, reconciling your bank and credit card accounts, organizing invoices and payments and making sure your sales tax filings are accurate.
CLEAN UP BOOKKEEPING
There are a number of factors to consider when taking on a clean up project. We start with a diagnostic review where we identify the areas that need work, develop a list of the materials we’ll need, and put together a plan of action. Clean ups can mean recording missing transactions, recategorizing improperly categorized transactions, fixing reconciliation errors, correcting and updating sales tax filings and so much more. By the time we’re done, you’ll have reliable financials you can take to the bank… or your accountant.

How far behind do my books need to be before I use this service?
There’s no “too far gone.” Whether you’re a few months behind or several years, we’ll catch you up so your numbers are accurate and useful again.
Will you judge me if my books are a total mess?
Absolutely not. Messy, confusing, or half-done books are more common than you think. Our job is to bring order to the chaos. No shame, just support (and maybe a few octopus jokes along the way).
What happens once everything is caught up?
Once your bookkeeping is caught up you can take it and continue to do it yourself (we do offer training), you can take it and go with a different bookkeeper, or we can discuss ongoing bookkeeping and put together a package tailored to your needs.
