WHAT'S INVOLVED IN A DIAGNOSTIC REVIEW?
We review all aspects of your bookkeeping and will provide a report with actionable items when we’re done. Our diagnostic reviews also include a zoom meeting to go over everything together. You’ll receive the report ahead of time so you can review and you’ll have a chance to ask any questions at our review meeting.
Your review will include:
- Chart of accounts, reconciliations, account balances, AR, AP, sales tax, payroll, loan accounts, assets, etc.

FAQs - DIAGNOSTIC REVIEWS
Will you fix the issues you find during the review?
The Diagnostic Review is an assessment only, but we’ll outline a plan to correct any issues we find. Once the review is complete, we can move into a clean up phase or monthly service to get things sorted out and kept up to date.
What happens after a diagnostic review?
You’ll receive a summary of our findings, action items, and we’ll have a meeting via Zoom to review together and answer any questions you may have. From there, we can discuss next steps which may include a one-time clean up of your books, ongoing monthly bookkeeping, or both.
