Cat is the COO of Rogue Bookkeeping & Operations, and the driving force behind Rogue’s Operations division. She brings deep expertise in operational infrastructure, holds a Business Management Certificate from Simon Fraser University, and has personally trained over 1,500 professionals across in-person, remote, and hybrid environments. She builds better business systems designed around the real people who use them: how their brains work, what they actually need, and how to bridge the gaps.

Whether providing business infrastructure support through a full operational systems redesign, implementation of small changes with big impact, support with people management, or developing solutions designed just for them, Cat specializes in helping small businesses build the operational backbone they need to grow – without devouring the sanity of their owner in the process.
